Op deze locatie is het ontwerp gerealiseerd voor de nieuwbouw van flexibele winkelruimten, geschikt voor 1 tot 4 grootschalige meubelwinkels.<\/h1>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-8f3bbef elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"8f3bbef\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<h2><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Duurzaam hergebruik<\/span><\/h2><h2>Het behouden van de begane grondvloer na de brand was een belangrijke uitdaging, met de nadruk op duurzaam hergebruik. Het architectuurconcept heeft de contouren van het voormalige bedrijfspand gebruikt als inspiratie voor de 3-deling in de volumeopbouw, waarbij een balans wordt gevonden tussen eenheid en individualiteit. Enerzijds wordt eenheid gecre\u00eberd door het volume en uniforme materialisatie, anderzijds ontstaat individualiteit door de volume-opbouw en uitsneden.<\/h2><h2><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Representatieve Gebouwori\u00ebntatie<\/span><\/h2><h2>De wens voor maximale transparantie, vooral voor de showroom- en etalagefuncties, staat in contrast met de zonori\u00ebntatie. Om dit op te lossen, zijn houten lamellen functioneel en architectonisch ge\u00efntegreerd in het ontwerp om de zonbelasting op de grote puien te verminderen. Het ritme van de lamellen wordt bepaald door de mate van zonbelasting, waardoor diversiteit en onderscheid in de gevel ontstaan. De positie van de transparante gevelopeningen is zorgvuldig gekozen om een maximale representatieve gebouwori\u00ebntatie met hoge architectonische waarde en diversiteit te bereiken. Het gebouw fungeert nu als entreegebouw voor de winkelzone Capelle XL.<\/h2>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element
