Wat oorspronkelijk het onderkomen was voor OZ Export, wordt nu gebruikt door My Peony Society.<\/h1>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-20b1eaf elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"20b1eaf\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<h2><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Innovatief Bloemenverwerkingscentru<\/span><\/h2><h2>Dit centrum is een samenwerkingsplek voor kwekers, handelaren en bloemisten van pioenrozen, wat zorgt voor de snelste weg van de veiling naar de vaas. Hier worden de bloemen na verwerving op de veiling gereedgemaakt voor transport naar individuele bloemisten of samengesteld tot kant-en-klare boeketten.<\/h2><h2><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Compositie<\/span><\/h2><h2>De basis van het ontwerp bestaat uit twee volumes die in elkaar grijpen. De hoek bij de rondweg Cotoneaster is geaccentueerd door het verschil in hoogte tussen de volumes. De secundaire rooigrens in het bestemmingsplan, gecombineerd met het maximaal benutten van de primaire rooigrens, bood de kans om de hoek extra te benadrukken. In het ontwerp is dit gebruikt om het hogere volume terugliggend te plaatsen. Dit accent markeert tevens de hoofdentree van het gebouw.<br \/>De lange zijde van het gebouw wordt opgedeeld door een derde, naar voren liggend volume. Dit volume is lager dan de hoofdmassa, wat een aantrekkelijke compositie cre\u00ebert door het spel van verschillende hoogten. De gekozen compositie maakt het gebouw herkenbaar voor zowel \u00e9\u00e9n als meerdere huurders. In het centrale vooruitgeschoven volume bevindt zich een tweede entree met kantoor en kantine.<\/h2><h2><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Gevelontwerp en materialisatie<\/span><\/h2><h2>De gevel is voornamelijk opgebouwd uit horizontale, licht warmgrijze metallic sandwichpanelen die in stroken van 1 meter hoog zijn geplaatst. De vooruitstekende dockshelters vormen een ritmisch element in de gevel. Twee rijen dockshelters zijn geaccentueerd met antracietgrijze verticale sandwichpanelen.<br \/>Daglicht komt binnen via kozijnstroken boven de dockshelters en aan de korte zijde van het gebouw, waardoor het horizontale gevelbeeld compleet wordt. Bij de kantine en kantoren is de gevel opengewerkt en ingevuld met glas, waarbij het 1-meter ritme wordt doorgezet met lamellen die als zonwering dienen en zorgen voor een prettig werkklimaat binnen.<\/h2><h2><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Integratie met de omgeving<\/span><\/h2><h2>Het hoogteverschil op de planlocatie is benut om de aansluiting met de dockshelters te realiseren. Het verschil in hoogte bij de hoofdentree is overbrugd met een reeks traptreden, wat zorgt voor een heldere synergie tussen het voorplein en de
